The CVL family is looking forward to another fun-filled and unforgettable camp season with new experiences, hard work and friends. We would like new and returning staff to complete the information in Camp Forms link and keep copies for yourself.

Please download a copy of the W-4 and I9, which must be completed, on or prior to your first day of work.  Please pay special attention to the last page of the document as it lists for you the acceptable documents that must be presented in person.  Please note that we must see ORIGINAL and UNEXPIRED documents in order to be in compliance.
